Project summary
The main objective is to enhance the resilience of the city, improve its quality of life, and make it more productive, all while minimizing its impact on the environment and climate. The UMDF program supports various aspects, including governance and urban planning, project identification, and investment preparation.
The project adopts a collaborative programmatic approach, beginning with a thorough diagnostic to assess the current level of development and analyze challenges, including vulnerabilities related to climate risks. The process continues with the co-creation of a shared vision for a desirable and sustainable future, along with the identification of key investment projects for the development of a concrete action plan.
